The Five Pillars of Health™
The Nikken corporate philosophy is based on the concept of total wellness developed by its founder, Isamu Masuda. A sickly childhood left young Isamu hungering to understand health and wellness. Years of study brought him wisdom, understanding and the realization that a balanced approach to living is the key to total wellness.
Mr. Masuda learned that there are five key aspects of our lives: body, mind, family, society and finances. He discovered that to achieve total wellness, individuals must have health and balance in all five of those areas. He called this philosophy the "Five Pillars of Health."
This was the vision that led Mr. Masuda to create Nikken in 1975. Sharing this philosophy of total, balanced wellness - together with the products and business opportunity necessary to make it all possible - became his life's passion.
Today, thanks to the vision that became Nikken, the Five Pillars of Health philosophy has become a reality in hearts and homes around the world.
Healthy Body
Nikken sleep systems, PiMag water products and magnetic products, nutrition and skin care products all exert a direct, positive influence on an individual's well-being.

Physical well-being, in turn, plays a crucial role in preserving or renewing mental and emotional health.

The mission of Nikken is to promote the Five Pillars of Health by providing products that support the four areas of healthy living, as embodied in the Wellness Home concept. To achieve this goal, we provide Wellness Consultants with the training programs they need to maximize their effectiveness in sharing Nikken products with others. The Nikken Sleep System is the foundation of wellness, and the rollout demonstration is the best way to present the sleep system to others.
